3.1 User Registration

To use the Platform, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete information.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

All users must complete KYC verification before purchasing NFT Gold. This includes:

• Valid government-issued identification
• Proof of address
• Any additional documentation required by regulatory authorities

3.3 Wallet Connection

Users must connect a compatible digital wallet to receive and store NFT Gold tokens. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet credentials.

4.1 Order Process

The NFT Gold purchase process involves the following steps:

• Selecting your desired NFT Gold product
• Placing an order
• Payment via stablecoin
• Stock confirmation by our partner

4.2 Payment

All payments must be made in the designated stablecoin. Once payment is confirmed, it is non-refundable except in cases where stock is unavailable.

4.3 Stock Availability

After receiving your order, NeroGold will coordinate with our partner KAP Gold to confirm stock availability:

• If stock is available: your stablecoin will be transferred to the partner, who will purchase the physical gold from KAP Gold
• If stock is unavailable: your stablecoin will be refunded to your wallet

4.4 NFT Gold Delivery

Upon successful purchase and gold allocation, NeroGold will mint the NFT Gold and deliver it to your connected wallet within a maximum of 24 hours (1x24 hours) from the completion of payment and stock confirmation. You can pick up the gold whenever after 7 days from purchasing gold.

4.5 Serial Number

Each NFT Gold token is linked to a unique serial number that corresponds to the allocated physical gold held by KAP Gold.

5.1 Redemption Request

To redeem your NFT Gold for physical gold, you must:

• Connect your wallet containing the NFT Gold
• Select the NFT Gold product you wish to redeem
• Submit a redemption request by sending the NFT Gold to NeroGold

5.2 Physical Gold Preparation

After receiving your redemption request, NeroGold will lock the NFT Gold and coordinate with KAP Gold to prepare the physical gold. The physical gold will be prepared and ready for pickup within a day from the date of your redemption request.

5.3 Pickup Location

Physical gold must be collected in person at our designated office in Malaysia. The exact address will be provided upon confirmation that your gold is ready for pickup.

5.4 Identity Verification

Upon pickup, you must present valid wallet address and proof of redemption that matches with our NeroGold system.

5.5 NFT Burning

Once you have successfully collected the physical gold, NeroGold will permanently burn (destroy) the NFT Gold token, completing the redemption process.

8.1 Service Availability

While we strive to ensure continuous availability, NeroGold does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue services for maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

8.2 Third-Party Partners

NeroGold works with third-party partners (KAP Gold) to facilitate gold procurement and storage. While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for their actions or failures beyond our reasonable control.

8.3 Market Risks

The value of gold and cryptocurrencies may fluctuate. NeroGold is not responsible for any losses resulting from market price changes.

8.4 Wallet Security

NeroGold is not responsible for any loss of NFT Gold or funds due to compromised wallet credentials, phishing attacks, or user error. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet.
